Our Monthly Expenses
In addition to the veterinary care and antibiotics needed to treat medical problems, some cats require a special diet. Cats with UTI’s need moist (canned) food for the extra liquid and nutrition. Also, some of our rescue cats have had to have all of their teeth removed due to age and extreme infection. Because of this they cannot eat dry food.
We strive to keep the environment for the cats as clean as possible. This includes doing several loads of laundry a day, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing litter boxes and food and water bowls. To protect the health of the animals, we try to buy products that are organic or free of harmful chemicals.
