Pocahontas (“Poco”) went to her fur-ever home last week, and she is so happy to be in the purr-fect place for her! Poco has never been a snuggler; she likes to be near people, and if you’re lucky, she’ll permit you to scratch her head. But as much as Poco likes people, she really wanted to be outside, enjoying nature and hunting mice. Most of all, she wanted to be an only-cat!
And so we said a tearful goodbye to the gorgeous Poco, who now lives in a heated shop by herself. She can come and go as she wants and hunt to her heart’s content. If she wants a day off, she can always eat the fresh food provided for her daily.
Now that I think about it, maybe I should go live with Poco… sounds like a nice life to me (except for the mouse-eating thing!)
